HourlyUGC operates the website hourlyugc.com, related dashboards, portals, documentation, creator infrastructure, licensing systems, and any other products or services that reference or link to these Legal Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SERVICES.

HourlyUGC provides creator sourcing, licensing infrastructure, training systems, workflows, and operational frameworks designed to support brands, agencies, and businesses in scaling user-generated content and creator-based marketing.

The Services are provided for lawful business use only. Accessing the Services from jurisdictions where such access is illegal is prohibited. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws.

The Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA. If your use would be subject to such laws, you may not use the Services.

Our intellectual property

All content, systems, frameworks, software, workflows, documentation, text, graphics, videos, designs, and other materials provided through the Services (“Content”) are owned by or licensed to Affiliate Automated LLC. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and branding (“Marks”) are the exclusive property of Affiliate Automated LLC.

License grant

Subject to compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.

Submissions and contributions

Any feedback, ideas, suggestions, or materials submitted to HourlyUGC become our exclusive property. You assign all intellectual property rights in such submissions to us.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is accurate and current
• You have legal capacity to enter these Terms
• You are not a minor in your jurisdiction
• You will not use automated access tools or bots
• You will not use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Your use will not violate any applicable laws

You may be required to register an account. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account. We reserve the right to reclaim or modify usernames at our sole discretion.

All Services, licenses, and offerings are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to:

• Credit and debit cards
• ACH / bank transfer
• Stripe and associated processors

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may adjust pricing at any time.

Billing and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges without further approval.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fee changes

We may change subscription pricing with notice as required by law.

All sales are final. No refunds are issued.

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute HourlyUGC systems
• Reverse engineer any part of the Services
• Circumvent security or access controls
• Misrepresent affiliation or endorsement
• Use the Services to compete with HourlyUGC
• Solicit creators, staff, or users outside approved channels
• Engage in harassment, fraud, or deceptive practices

Unauthorized use of HourlyUGC’s proprietary systems, workflows, or licensing infrastructure constitutes a material breach.

Any content you submit must:

• Be lawfully owned or licensed by you
• Not violate privacy, IP, or publicity rights
• Not contain illegal, deceptive, or abusive material

You grant HourlyUGC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and exploit submitted content for business and marketing purposes.

Reviews must be honest, non-defamatory, and based on real experience. False or coordinated reviews are prohibited.

If mobile access is provided, usage is limited to compliant devices and subject to app store rules where applicable.

We may integrate with third-party platforms or link to third-party websites. HourlyUGC is not responsible for third-party services, content, or claims.

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor for violations
• Restrict or terminate access
• Remove content
• Enforce these Terms

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, for any reason. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately end.

We may modify the Services or interrupt them for maintenance without notice. We are not liable for unavailability of any portion of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOURLYUGC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HourlyUGC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HourlyUGC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
