Everyone who applied, sorted
Pending, Accepted and Declined. Top match and Strong match are read against your role, and Applied recently keeps the fresh ones on top.
The profile, without leaving

Sending an offer
An offer is three numbers and a list: the price an hour, the hours, and the styles to film.
Set a price an hour and the hours
The hold follows the number you set. The creator sees the same words you do.
Charged only when they accept
Nothing leaves your balance until the creator says yes. They have 3 days to answer; after that the hold comes back.
Accept and send, or accept and hire
One press accepts the applicant and sends the offer. On a per-video campaign, Accept and hire puts them in at the price you set.
The chat opens on accept
When a creator accepts, a conversation opens in Messages with the deal strip on top: Scripts, Filming, Review, Paid. Briefs, scripts, questions and the videos go through it.
Assign briefs and scripts from the chat
The creator sees what to film next to the conversation about it.
Every video arrives there and in Review
Approve or request changes without hunting for the file.
Everything on the platform

What happens after yes
- Hold
- The money sits held while they work.
- Review
- You approve or request changes. Reviewing never charges you.
- Paid
- Approve & pay releases the creator’s balance.
- Again
- To work with the same creator again, invite them again from their profile.

You set the price an hour and the hours in the offer. The creator sees the number and accepts or not. Terms live in the offer, not in a thread.
